Squeezing and removing blackheads does feel satisfying to do. But it can actually damage the skin and cause scarring. Better, use the following natural ingredients to remove blackheads on the face.
Blackheads occur when dead skin cells, oil, and dirt accumulate to clog skin pores. If an infection occurs, the blackheads can grow into pimples. Two types of blackheads can appear on the face, namely blackheads (blackheads) and whiteheads (whiteheads).

1. Honey and cinnamon

After cleaning the face, apply the mask and leave it for 10-15 minutes. Finally, rinse the mask thoroughly. Honey and cinnamon can reduce inflammation. Both of these ingredients also have antioxidant and antibacterial properties that are good for blackheads or acne.
2. Orange peel
Orange peel contains vitamin C which is very important for skin tissue repair. So do not be surprised if the orange peel is suitable for removing blackheads on the face.

All you have to do is grind the orange peel and mix it with water to form a paste, then rub it into the skin. After that, leave it for 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
3. Green tea

You can brew green tea in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then let it cool. Then spray or apply the tea to the skin using cotton. Let stand to dry, then rinse with water and dry.
4. Aloe vera
Aloe vera is known to have good benefits for maintaining healthy skin and hair. The benefits of aloe vera are also good for getting rid of blackheads and zits. This is thanks to the content of salicylic acid and sulfur in it.
How to use it is also easy. First, cut the aloe vera then peel the skin. After that, apply aloe vera on the surface of the facial skin. This aloe vera can also be a natural skin moisturizer. However, stop using it immediately and rinse your face with clean water, if the skin becomes rash or itchy after using aloe vera.

5. Baking soda
Baking soda masks can also help remove impurities from the pores. You only need to mix baking soda with a little water to form a paste. Then apply the paste to the blackened area of the face and rub gently. Finally, rinse your face with warm water and dry with a clean towel.
However, you must be careful when using baking soda because it can make the skin dry.
Although practical and easy to do, the effectiveness of some ingredients claimed to be able to remove blackheads is still not supported by clear scientific evidence.
